Cooking Up A Storm

“Cooking is all about people. Food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together. No matter what culture, everywhere around the world, people get together to eat.” Guy Fieri Steve Otty, the chef from Hugh Baird College, was very impressed with the Year 11’s when he recently visited the college. The students completed high skills including portioning a chicken and making a veloute sauce.
