Crown Princess

The Crown Princess the largest passenger ship to visit Liverpool in 2009 made a return visit to the port on Sunday 27th June 2010.

More a floating luxury resort than a mere cruise liner, Crown Princess arrived and was greeted by musicians from Archbishop Beck Catholic College. Mr. Jeff Goldsmith a member of the Governing Body got in to the swing of things with the Town Crier.

The Port authorities have invited the College students to play for the arrival of the Queen Victoria in late July.

Bruce Hicks Assistant Head teacher said this was a great day out and it is a real honor to be asked to play for the arrival of Cunard’s luxury flagship.
