Oh, What a Night!

Congratulations to the college’s two public speaking teams who on Tuesday evening 26th November won their way into the next round of the prestigious Churchill Public Speaking contest.

The English-Speaking Union (ESU) organise the event and have done so for over 60 years. This contest is the oldest public speaking contest in England and Wales.

It was an amazing result, not just to have won but to have both teams go through to the next round is such a remarkable achievement. As one student commented “Oh, what a night!”
