Further Public Speaking Success for Beck Students

Congratulations to Madeline and Lewis who recently took part in the Liverpool Law Society Public Speaking Competition. They spoke on the given Topic “U/16 should not be given the right to vote in Parliamentary Elections in Britain”. Headteacher Paul Dickinson said “it was an excellent evening with great contributions from a number of Merseyside schools, just showing how important public speaking events such as this are, where they provide a platform for our people to develop confidence and the ability to think through important issues.”
