Barcelona Trip
In July a group of Year 10 pupils who study Spanish and Art visited Lloret de Mar and Barcelona in Spain accompanied by Miss Mackey, Mrs Windrow and Mr Begusch.
Whilst in Barcelona we visited the Sagrada Familia, the unfinished church, Antonio Gaudi’s magnificent Parc Guell, the Olympic Stadium and the Nou Camp, the home of FC Barcelona.
We also strolled along the famous Ramblas before visiting the attractions of the port.
In Lloret de Mar we had the opportunity to take in the tourist sites and visit the attractions as well as practising some Spanish.
A great time was had by all. Well done to all the pupils who took part on the trip who really enjoyed developing their artistic knowledge and practising their Spanish.
