Free school meals (FSM)
- For new Year 7 students – If your child currently receives FSM, please contact your local authority, and confirm they are attending Archbishop Beck.
- For FSM you apply to the local authority that covers the home address. You may enter a postcode via the below button (Apply for Free School Meals) which will confirm the respective local authority.
Free school meals (FSM)
- Students entitled to FSM are allocated £2.70 each day
- Any unused funds are removed each day
- FSM balance does not display on the students’ finger-print balance or on Arbor balance. Students on FSM can add extra funds to their account.
- If a student purchases more than £2.70 in a day, the extra will be taken from their account.
- For example, if an FSM student spends £3.00 on their lunch, the additional £0.30 is deducted from their account balance.
Any parents who believe they are eligible for free school meals should complete the Free School Meal online application on the Councils website via the below button (Free School Meals).
Parents submitting new applications for free school meals online will receive an email confirming eligibility.

- Scroll down to Payments, Invoices
- Payments for free school meals are £0.00 until the daily limit of £2.70 is reached, then payment is taken from account funds.

First items displays as no cost
second item passes daily limit, partial payment from account.
Third item paid from account.
