“Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.” Winston Churchill On Thursday evening 11th February, the college public speakers took part in the regional heat of the prestigious Churchill Public Speaking Contest. The college congratulates the team for an outstanding performance which showed courage, determination and motivation to get to this very high standard. The next public speaking contest will be the Liverpool Catholic Schools Public Speaking Contest being held here at the college in July.
