Summer Serenade Concert

Summer Serenade Concert brings to a close the Performing Arts Year!

“Arts education aids students in skills needed in the workplace: flexibility, the ability to solve problems and communicate, the ability to learn new skills, to be creative and innovative, and to strive for excellence.”  Joseph M. Calahan, Director of Cooperate Communications, Xerox Corporation.

A host of gifted musicians, vocalists and dancers at Archbishop Beck Catholic College took the stage for the annual Summer Concert recently.

The highly anticipated event took place on Thursday, July 13th 2017 in-front of a packed out audience in the college auditorium.

We were delighted that the chair of the Governing Board of the College, Mr Jim Arnold and fellow Governor Mrs Ann Woodward were able to join us.

Speaking at the conclusion of the event Paul Dickinson the Headteacher of the College said, “An amazing night of outstanding performances by extraordinary students.”
