Basketball City Final

“A team will always appreciate a great individual if he’s willing to sacrifice for the group.” Kareem Abdul Jabbar Students from the Basketball Academy were recently enlisted to support LSSP’s year 5 & 6 Basketball City Final. The event, held in the college for the fourth consecutive year, saw seven teams of boys and girls representing primary schools from across the city compete for the coveted title of City Champions. The Basketball Ball Academy students used their knowledge and understanding of the game to administer the timing and scoring of this league based competition. Jay, LSSP Competition Manager said, “being able to access the excellent basketball facilities at the College really does add a special dimension to the proceedings and having the help and support of these superb leaders ensured the event ran smoothly; thank you!”
