What does a typical day look like for you?

I am currently a Project Manager for a health technology company. We work alongside Merseycare providing support at home to people with long term conditions so they can learn more about how to manage their condition. My typical day involves managing a team of technicians and admin staff and attending lots of meetings!

What advice would you give your teenage self?

Be more confident in yourself and your ability! And never say no to a holiday, see as much of the world as you can.

What have you been doing since that time?

I have graduated Liverpool John Moore’s university with a BSc is Psychology & Forensic Science and an MSc in Health Psychology. After completing my Master’s degree I spent some time travelling around Australia before coming home and working at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and then finding my current role.

What do you have hope to achieved in the next 5 years?

In the next five years I hope to have progressed in my career and to have helped improve Health Care in Merseyside. Also to have travelled more and seen much more of the world!
