Outstanding Alumni Vocal Forces Reunite!

On Saturday 21st October two alumni Chloe Ann Barnett and Jack Higginson were married at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Walton.

During their time at the college both were long standing members of the award winning college Vocal Ensemble.

Ms Annamarie Newton, Vocal Director, organised former members who were part of the choir with Jack and Chloe during their time at the college to sing at the Wedding Service.

Angelic voices filled the Church as they sang, “For the Beauty of the Earth” and “The Lord Bless You and Keep You” both by John Rutter. They also sang the new Mr and Mrs Higginson out with a fantastic arrangement of “ALL you need is Love”. The choir was accompanied by Cathedral organist and Director of Music, Dr Chris McElroy.

Best-men were also alumni Danny Little and Andres Duhalde and Bridesmaids were Amy Barnett and Nicole Pritchard.

The college community send, “Best wishes on this wonderful journey, as you build your new lives together.” “Wishing you joy, love, and happiness on your wedding day, and as you begin your new life together.”
