Alumni Visits College

The college community was delighted to welcome back Rhys Jones on Tuesday 14th June 2022. Rhys left the college in 2016 to pursue an apprenticeship in tailoring. Within a very short time Rhys was in charge of his own tailoring business, growing into one of the most successful in the Northwest. Rhys said his main clientele now is in the law fraternity of the city.

Rhys enjoyed a tour of the college campus and was able to catch up with a number of former teachers and support staff.

After many successful years in business Rhys has decided to commence his studies for the Catholic Priesthood. His studies will begin in September 2022. We wish him well and he can be assured of our prayers, thoughts and best wishes in the coming years.

Paul Stirling, headteacher, of the college said,“Rhys is a wonderful example of what can be achieved with sheer determination, motivation and commitment to a profession. It is always a joy to welcome back former students to the college campus and we look forward to welcoming Rhys back in the future”.

Vocation Prayer

O God,
who enlightens the minds and inflames the hearts of the faithful by the Holy Spirit,
grant that through the same Spirit I may know my true vocation in life,
and may have the grace to follow it faithfully.
I ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen
