“Don’t practice until you get it right. Practice until you can’t get it wrong.” Harold Craxton Members of the college concert band gathered on Saturday 19th March to put the finishing touches to the pieces they will perform at the Wirral Festival of Music being held on Friday evening 25th March 2022. Band Director, Chris Tratt was assisted by a talented group of tutors. The day consisted of a series of small workshops followed by a full rehearsal. Paul Stirling, Headteacher said “ this is another example of our commitment to provide extended opportunities for our young people to develop their skills” Best wishes to all musicians in their forthcoming performances at the Wirral Festival of Music
