Under 19’s Football Team

The team have had an excellent season reaching the semi-final of the Merseyside Cup and finishing 3rd out of 23 schools and colleges in the Merseyside league. Captain Nick was voted player of the year and Jamie voted players’ player of the year. The players have been complimented by a number of opposition managers on their style of football and excellent attitude; they have been a real pleasure to work with.

Goals have come from every position on the pitch, however goal of the season (and only goal of the season!) was achieved by Paul v’s St Margaret’s, top goal scorer was Jack. Most improved player was goal keeper Jack.

Well done boys, Mr McKean.
