Twelve pupils from Year 7 were selected to represent the College as Language Leaders and attend Blessed Sacrament Primary School. The students delivered two lessons of Spanish for Year 5 pupils. Our Language Leaders taught the primary school pupil’s numbers and animals using a range of different activities. They used their phonics knowledge learnt in their language lessons to teach the year 5 pupils the correct pronunciation of the vocabulary. The students were an absolute credit to Archbishop Beck and the staff at Blessed Sacrament praised our leaders on their enthusiasm and attitude towards languages.
