Little Shop of Horrors

The idea for staging ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ came not long after the College’s success of staging ‘Legally Blonde’ in Febuary 2023. Not one to rest on their laurels, the Performing Arts team wanted to challenge themselves and our students with a musical that has splashes of sci-fi, horror, comedy & love… all of which are encompassed brilliantly in this timeless musical written by Ashman & Menken.
After a successful run of productions over the years such as ‘Matilda,’ ‘Grease,’ ‘Hairspray,’‘Guys & Dolls’ and ‘School of Rock,’ we were keen to do a musical that encompassed many genres such as doo-wop, rock & gospel. Many of our younger students are performing for the first time in this production this evening and they have been excellently guided and supported by some of our older, more experienced students who have performed in our previous shows.
