Welcome, Professor Judith Mossman

The college community was delighted to welcome Professor Judith Mossman on Thursday 28th November 2024.

Professor Mossman was delivering a lecture to members of the college and wider community on “Pets in Antiquity”. The event was organised by the Liverpool Classical Association.

Paul Stirling, Headteacher said “we were delighted to host the event and welcome Professor Mossman who provided a truly amazing insight into the topic”.

Judith Mossman was Pro-Vice Chancellor for Arts and Humanities and Professor of Classics at the Centre for Arts, Memory, and Communities at Coventry University until summer 2024. She was the President of the Society for the Promotion of Hellenic Studies (2017–20). She is now Professor Emerita at Coventry University and Chair of Council of the Classical Association.
