Jumpin’ around the Christmas Tree

Wednesday 18 December 2024

Sixth Form Christmas Jumper Day The annual six form Christmas jumper day was once again an outstanding success. Ably supported by staff and students alike. One of the charities supported was “Love Jasmine” They received donations on behalf of our Post 16 Christmas Jumper Day. Well done everyone Love, Jasmine Love, Jasmine was established by Rob and Kathy Lapsley in 2016 to support other families who had lost a child. Jasmine’s death meant that they experienced first hand what support services were and were not available. They then set out to improve the support that was available to bereaved families in the Merseyside area. Catching the Spirit of Christmas Anna from Marys Meals came in to collect the donations raised through our post 16 Christmas Jumper Day. Mary’s Meals is a global charity that serves life-changing school meals to some of the world’s poorest children. Well done to all our sixth form students who supported the event and helped support this amazing charity!
