Beyond The Baseline Project

A number of sports leaders throughout years 7 11 where involved in a school sports project “Beyond the Baseline” which involved the sports leaders working alongside an athlete mentor (Jenna Downing world champion in line skater). The sports leaders had initial training and guidance by Jenna which then they had to organise and deliver a tennis competition to a number of primary schools within the local community. The event was fantastic the primary school children and staff fully enjoyed the event and complimented the organisation of the tennis event.
