Star Pupil – April
A gifted young musician is celebrating after being awarded a top prize at the Liverpool Performing Arts Festival. Beverly was awarded the Richard Behrend Brass Trophy and what is more interesting is that the College’s Head of RE’s daughter won the award in 1994.
The former Holy Name Primary School pupil, who is now studying at Archbishop Beck Catholic College, has already chalked up an impressive list of successes since she began taking music lessons.
Beverly said “Music has become such a big part of my life but it is all more than worthwhile in the end.”
