Equestrian Honour

Drew, a Year 11 student at Archbishop Beck Catholic College, competed in an Inter-national equestrian competition for under 25-year-olds recently. Drew has won numerous awards in the past and was delighted with this recent win. Drew has been riding for over 12 years. Headteacher Paul Dickinson said, “Drew is a prime example where determination, sportsmanship, and dedication pay dividends and we congratulate him on winning this award. Perhaps we will see Drew in selection trials for ‘Team GB’ for the 2020 Olympics to be held in Tokyo, Japan.” Drew has been riding for over 12 years and we wish him every success in the future.
