Congratulations!

Congratulations to Mark Year 12, one of Archbishop Beck’s elite sportsman who has won the English Wrestling Championships for the third successive year, an outstanding achievement. After gruelling qualifying rounds Mark made it to the Final where he won the English Wrestling Champion title for 16 18 year olds. Speaking on his return to the college Mark said,” the opposition was intense, the atmosphere electric and the result just amazing. “ Mark hopes to go on to study in the USA to further develop his wrestling skills and has been delighted with the support Archbishop Beck College has given him to reach this level. We wish him every success in the future; you never know an Olympic champion in the making!
