“Unity is strength… when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.” Mattie Stepanek After many months in the planning the “Back to Beck Family Fun Day” proved to be an outstanding success. The weather was kind, the atmosphere outstanding and the sense of community was palpable throughout the afternoon. Over three hundred people came along to enjoy the fun, meet up with old friends or simply to have a chat. The College PTA organised the whole day and speaking after the event Ann Woodward PTA Chair, paid tribute to the hard working team of mums and dads. Commenting, “A most wonderful way to end our first year on our new campus and it was delightful to see so many members of our College community come along” On Sunday 12th July a large number of former students also came back to the College to join in preparations for the forth coming” Last Night of the Proms concert”. They were very impressed with the new campus. Director of Music, Bruce Hicks was utterly surprise to see so many return to the College, our picture shows former students rehearsing.
