Year 6 / 7 Summer Camp

Another fantastic year at Summer Camp with over 150 students taking part in activities at Archbishop Beck. Students enjoyed the range of opportunities on offer and got involved in arts and crafts, sport and drama as well as improving their literacy and numeracy skills. The activities away from the college included water sports at Albert Dock, Bowling at the Ocean Plaza in Southport, climbing at Awesome Walls and stadium tours of Liverpool and Everton football clubs. Students also had a chance to meet and get to know their teachers which was a really important part of this transition programme. All the students commented on how relaxed this made them feel about starting in September.
