Hairspray

30 Students from a cast of nearly 50 went to see Hairspray at The Empire theatre on 13th October. This was part of their preparations to stage the same musical at the College next March. The students thoroughly enjoyed the energetic performances, the fabulous singing and choreography and afterwards were delighted to meet several members of the cast. Cameron (Year 10) got to chat with the company’s “Link Larkin” about the role he will be taking on for us and Anna met Freya, who is enjoying her second national tour in the role of Tracy Turnblad. Anna has landed this fantastic part for herself. The production will be staged at the College from March 22nd 24th March 2016.
