Golf Strike

“Golf is about how well you accept, respond to, and score with your misses much more so than it is a game of your perfect shots”. Dr. Bob Rotella?

On Friday the 19th May Archbishop Beck Learning Support Department entered a team of 10 Key Stage 3 students into the official Liverpool Schools’ Golf Strike competition, which took place at North Liverpool Academy. It was organised by Liverpool School Sports Partnership as part of an official inclusive competition programme.

The students conducted themselves extremely well and competed with enthusiasm and respect for other competitors. The team won this round and each received a medal and a team trophy. They will now go through to the Merseyside School Summer Games finals to be held on July 6th.
