“Life is the dancer and you are the dance.” Eckhart Tolle

A disciplined, committed and passionate performance by the Dance Ensembles of Archbishop Beck Catholic College, led to an amazing win in all sections of the “Dance 2018” competition.

The dance competition, which is open to all schools across the North West, is a competition providing an innovative platform for rich cultural exchange and the promotion of outstanding dance performances.

The dancers from Archbishop Beck Catholic College were up against well-established schools with highly regarded dance programs, 20 schools in total were in the competition.

Head of Performing Arts at the College, Mrs Sue Foster, said this was truly an amazing result, winning all the senior sections of this very prestigious competition”.

Students from Year 7 to 11 were involved.
