Liam O’Halloran
The College was delighted to welcome back Liam O’Halloran M Physics, M Phys (astrophysics) who recently paid a visit to his Alma Mater.
While at the College Liam studied Advanced level courses (in Biology, Physics and Maths). Liam’s success led him to be accepted on a prestigious Astrophysics course at Liverpool John Moore’s University and in collaboration with Liverpool University he concurrently studied Physics at Liverpool University. Liam was awarded Master of Physics (Astrophysics) LJMU and Master of Physics Univ. of Liverpool.
Whilst at University Liam spent his summer holidays in Brazil. He speaks Portuguese fluently and taught English language. Liam has just been ‘snapped up’ in the Oil Industry. He uses the latest technology in ultra sound detection and was the only person short-listed for the job. Well done Liam we salute your success. Liam now lives in Edinburgh.
