College Senior Concert Band prepares

As part of the intense preparations for their appearance at the coming Chester Music Festival, musicians gathered for an intensive morning of rehearsal on Saturday 4th May 2019.

The college was delighted to welcome Dr Anne James and Emily Stevenson, from Hope University as well as Helen Goldsmith, the senior woodwind tutor at the college, who are seen being welcomed by Head Girl Emma and Deputy Head Boy Cameron.

Speaking of the event, Junior band director Chris Tratt said “hard work, good music and outstanding students produce amazing results, led by an outstanding team of tutors.”
