Performances on Top Note

From glittering performances by the college concert band to dazzling Irish dancing and impressive solo and ensemble performances.

Long-time Governor and friend of the college Mrs May Richardson came along to present a number of music board certificates for recent grade examination achievements.

The college was delighted to received this email from a parent after the concert:

Hi Bruce

Can I just say what a lovely Concert the College Band put on tonight!

It was such a great setting for the students to take a brief moment to wind down a bit from all the pressures they have and enjoy performing in a really relaxed atmosphere.

The talent in the room was outstanding – from the youngest members first performing, right through the years to the students who are due to move onto further things in the next couple of months.

On a personal note, I know the Performing Arts teachers have nurtured my children to bring out the best of their talents. Talents that myself and my husband didn’t even realise they had!

It is lovely to see how our daughter has grown in confidence over the years (I just wish she had another year or maybe two at Beck!)

We both came home tonight feeling really refreshed and we really just want to say thanks for all the support the College have given all of my children.
