Senior Ambassadors represent the College

“We cannot seek achievement for ourselves and forget about progress and prosperity for our community… Our ambitions must be broad enough to include the aspirations and needs of others, for their sakes and for our own.” Cesar Chavez

On 29th September 2022 our Head Boy and Head Girl attended a meeting at Aintree Baptist Church with members of staff, youth workers, local councillors, our school police officer and members of the local community.

The focal point of the meeting was specifically based around Warbreck Park and the surrounding areas. On behalf of the Student Leadership Team and the college, we discussed how we are preparing numerous exciting projects to get all students involved in supporting our local community.

We are especially looking forward to volunteering at the community shop on Walton vale, alongside a wildlife project that will be taking place on Rice Lane Recreational ground. Many ideas were also brought to the groups attention about supporting the youth and the improvements we hope to make to the park, with something very fun hopefully in the works.

Thank you, Esther and Adam, for representing the college at this important community meeting.
