A Healthy Week at the College

“Healthy eating is a way of life, so it’s important to establish routines that are simple, realistically, and ultimately livable.” Horace

The college community took part in The British Nutrition Foundation’s Healthy Eating Week from 12th-16th June 2023.

Alongside this the students from year 7-10 were given activities on healthy eating to complete in Form time.

The students really enjoyed the experience and none of the food went to waste.

Headteacher, Paul Stirling praised the initiative by saying “It can be difficult to avoid junk food, which makes maintaining a healthy diet more challenging. Even if you want to eat healthily, it can be enticing to choose something unhealthy.”
