Thinking outside the Box – To Escape!

The CGI Cyber Escape is built inside a shipping container, the students worked in groups of 5 and was accompanied by a member of staff, the students worked together to discover clues, solve puzzles and accomplish cyber related tasks in order to progress and escape within the time allowed.

The interactive team-led approach helped the students understand new topics and skills in a fun environment. The students were given a time slot to attend the CGI escape room within the week of 26th – 30th June. Within the game the students learned about basic practices such as the importance of protecting their privacy, creating strong passwords, physical security, device and document handling and navigating social media.

All year groups were represented from year 7 to year 12, all students and staff enjoyed the experience and escaped within the 1 hour allowed.
