Reward Trip to Llandudno
Each year a group students in years 7,8 and 9 are taken on a Reward Trip to Llandudno. During the day the children have fun enjoying the beautiful environment and taking part in good old fashioned holiday activities such as walking on the pier, playing arcade games, paddling, sharing a picnic, watching a Punch and Judy show and eating ice cream. The students invited are those who have responded positively to a range of intervention programmes put in place by the Learning Support Department, throughout the year.
This year the weather was particularly kind to us and everyone had an amazing day out. The only complaint was that the day was too short! As usual the students behaved impeccably and were a real pleasure to be with. Their friendliness and politeness to the many other day trippers, many of whom were quite elderly, left the staff feeling extremely proud.
