Jordan Rossiter Star’s Again for Liverpool

Congratulations from all the staff and students at Archbishop Beck Catholic College to former student Jordan Rossiter for his outstanding performance for Liverpool in the Europe League match against Bordeaux on Thursday, 17th September. Jordan produced a typical, battling display constantly in motion, breaking up play and keeping the ball moving with quick incisive passing. This was Jordan’s second start for Liverpool having played and scored on his debut against Middlesbrough in the League Cup last season and becoming Liverpool’s second youngster ever player.

Liverpool legend, Jan Molby, stated that: “His performance against Bordeaux was very encouraging, not least as for most of the game he was acting as the senior member of a central midfield pairing alongside fellow 18-year-old Pedro Chirivella.

Youngsters always give supporters hope. There’s nothing fans love more than the sight of a young player, especially one of their own, to get them excited for the future.”
