Chamber Choir sing at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral
On Saturday, 17th December the College Chamber Choir performed at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King.
The event was the Dickensian Christmas Concert, hosted by the cathedral and compered by Roger Phillips. The Archbishop Beck Chamber Choir sang ‘O Little Town of Bethlehem’ and ‘Gaudete’, before joining the Cathedral Choir for other hymns and carols. They sang beautifully and special mention to Kelsey who sang, with such great vocal poise, the solo verses in Gaudete. Special thanks, also, to Annamarie Newton, the College Choir Director, for yet again preparing the Chamber Choir to sing at such a high standard.
