Language Leaders

We are delighted that 15 of our promising French and Spanish GCSE students have successfully completed the Language Leaders Award.

They effectively became language teachers for a day and visited our local Primary School, Blessed Sacrament to deliver one hour language lessons in French and Spanish.

Prior to the visit the students completed a series of after school sessions to learn the skills how to teach a Foreign Language to younger pupils in a fun and interactive way.

The teachers both from the LEA, Blessed Sacrament and here at Archbishop Beck were amazed at how well the students performed on the day improving both their confidence and team building skills.

An amazing achievement!
